Plantation, FL - A lucky South Florida shopper won $1 million in the Mega Millions lottery on Friday night.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Publix store located at 1121 S. University Drive in Plantation.
The ticket matched all five regular numbers but missed the Mega Ball, resulting in a $1 million prize.
The winning numbers for Friday's drawing were: 10-17-20-24-54.
The Mega Ball was 8.
The jackpot for the next Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday will increase to $681 million.
Players have a 1 in 302.6 million chance of winning the top prize.
The winner of Friday's $1 million ticket has 180 days to claim their prize.
