Sentencing Day For Ex-US Diplomat, Admitted Spy For Cuba

It's sentencing day for a former U.S. Diplomat who took a plea deal on charges he worked for decades as a secret agent for Cuba. Prosecutors call Manuel Rocha's case one of the most brazen in U.S. foreign service history.

It's unclear what specifically Rocha did illegally while working at the State Department. He is set to appear in Miami Federal court later today. A demonstration is also expected outside the courthouse.

The 73-year-old Rocha could get up to 15 years in prison. Judge Beth Bloom will preside at 1:30pm.
